Nous approchons de la période du meeting : 10-11-12 septembre
Il est temps d’en préciser l’organisation !
La réunion le débat et le repas auront lieu au jardin où se trouvent les passiflores.
Je pense que le temps fort doit être le samedi avec la réunion de la PSI de 10 heures à 12 heures.
De 13 heures à 14 heures 30 repas suivis d’un débat dont il faut définir le contenu (15 heures -17 heures) puis un temps de visite et d’échange de plantes.
Le vendredi visite du jardin ainsi que du château de Chambord.
Le dimanche matin visite d’une serre à orchidée.
Après tout dépend du nombre de participants pour les repas du soir que nous pouvons prendre sur place ou dans un restaurant.
Est-ce que ce programme vous convient ou souhaitez vous des changements ?
N'hésitez pas à me soumettre vos propositions ......
Lorsque le programme sera prêt je transmettrai ces informations à tous mes correspondants et je demanderai à chacun de faire pareil.
J’ai réservé un hôtel proche de du jardin (300 mètres) pour cela j’ai besoin assez rapidement de savoir qui souhaite être hébergé, j'attends de vos nouvelles ....

I book an hotel near the garden (300 meters), I need to know who want to sleep in the hotel, please inform me quickly if you are interested.
